Friends has assembled numerous examples of corporations, from McDonalds, to CVS, as well as local businesses, that have incorporated historic buildings into their construction plans. These range from keeping the buildings standing on their property and giving other businesses a legitimate opportunity to lease them, to adding their modern facilities to the historic structure, and modifying the building’s interior to make for unique, high-profile versions of their stores.
